Well then christ almighty maybe you should take fewer trips a year and not rely solely on your daughter to look after all of you affairs everytime you decide to drop all and leave the province. It's not like I have nothing better to do, like go to school or look after my own shit or the two jobs I have when they decide to give me work. Don't treat me like it's my fault my roomate thinks my ancient toothless dog is trying to kill and eat him, the damn animal doesn't even walk up stairs well. And don't tell me I should have told you about all these little problems with the house weeks ago, I DID, you just chose to ignore me. Do you honestly think I'd hold them back just to pop them on you at the last minute? Really I don't think so.

Monday, December 29
I had the flu.
But now it's gone, I think I got off more easily than most. I'm still hoping that my very best bud is going to come over and rescue my computer, but I haven't heard from him yet, here's hoping. I also have some happy little fishies that would like to have a new home, but we won't rush that either. It's cold out. Anyway, back to the project of cleaning the room. Later!

Saturday, December 20
So that one kinda came out of left field.
It was another adventure tonight, this one a little more jaded than the last. Don't get me wrong, the night set out pretty well, short work shift, lots of happy people at the house, kick ass staff party at the wave with friends. The after party/meeting up with people back at the house was fun, and then a few rather uncomfortable moments that kinda made me feel...well...not so comfortable. Don't get me wrong, nothing even close to bad happened, but it kinda left me feeling like I definitely needed someone else there. That's a good thing, and I haven't felt like that in a while, I haven't had reason to. So now here I am at 4:30 in the morning, people are still in my livingroom playing loud music, and I really don't think I'll be able to sleep. I might as well try though, I've got plans for tonight...

Friday, December 19
So it was once again an interesting night
I at first felt bad for skipping out on the first part of the girls night, but was later reassured because I still got to see the girls that really mattered, although amber didn't make it. Saw one ex-boyfriend, did some good huggin there which was good, and the old prom date, as well as lots of other's. Was referred to a few times as Mike's ex, which stung a little, but then I remembered that I was me, and that he was very probably being referred to as my ex just as much, and that it's better to have been an ex than not anything at all in this case.
Anyway, that is done and done. It was soo good to see every one out tonight, as well as all my summer people, and all it cost me was the shared cab ride home. Decent on all accounts aside from the fish, and Chloe was happy to see me when I got home, which makes me feel all warm and fuzzy, just like her. Hope everyone else had just as good a night, and I hope to see those I didn't see tonight over the holidays.

So I may have been a bit cranky at 3:30 yesterday morning when I got home from work. You really can't blame a girl after a 22 hour day + last exam. Oh, and stupid anonymous commenter, thanks for clearing that up for me, I had no idea the two were connected.
Please don't take it to mean I get annoyed by most people that get drunk at the bar, it's pretty funny to watch people make drunken asses of themselves, it passes the time and makes for good stories, just those who get personal and violent. Besides, if you have to work, what's better than getting paid to laugh at people and see your friends while you're doing it. And the staff parties aren't to shabby either.

Today's pissed off post
So Donnie Killorn is studying for an exam right now. Who's notes is he studying? Mine. Did I give him permission to copy them? No. He copied them off of one of the two people who I let borrow my notes because they went to the class, they put in some sort of effort, and they only missed an occasional class for whatever reason. It really pisses me off that this lazy arrogant boy who is slack beyond any definition of the term has my terms worth of notes when he went to maybe two classes. It really pisses me off. I need to go study a bit more now, but at least that's out.

I feel that I would do better in all my classes if I took the extra time I've been graced with this year to buckle down and do some really good studying. But somehow, all these distractions exist.
