I can now legally purchase and own a gun.
Scared? I sure am. I took the course for qualifications for a job, but pretty much everyone else there was taking it because they had the overwhelming desire to blow somethings' head off, and wanted to pay a sizable amount of money for the privilege to do so. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against recreational hunters, their interest in the environment funds many good programs and projects, and will probably get me a job someday. But the fact that there was a 9 year old kid, that didn't know his own birthday, phone number, couldn't spell his own name, and the instructor had to read the test to him because he was illiterate (they went to the other room, he had to read every word), still apparently passed the same tests that I did. And I thought that it was bad in the states. My advice, don't go near the woods during hunting season, especially after elementary school lets out at 3.
